Directions
Microwave on a medium heat in 30-second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Gently shake and check temperature before use. Apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes. Repeat if desired.

Remove cover before washing. Cold, gentle hand wash only. Line dry in shade. Do not tumble dry or iron. Do not bleach.
