RETURN POLICY
Something not right with your order?
Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home. If your address is entered at the checkout incorrectly and your order is sent back to our warehouse we will require the shipping amount to be paid again to re-send your item. We cannot refund based of an incorrect address received. Unfortunately, we do not usually cancel or refund accepted orders. In addition, You may cancel an order if it hasn't reached our dispatch team and you haven't received a confirmation email.

Damaged or faulty items.

Services delivered.
Unwanted/change of mind items.
Opened products.
Products in boxes with broken seals.
Items not purchased at https://www.reignitechiropractic.com.au/relief-by-nature
Items without an order number.
Gift cards.
Items sent/delivered to the incorrect address.
Returned items without a tracking number
How do I return my damaged/faulty product?
All return requests must be submitted within 5-days of delivery by contacting us via email with photographic proof of the damaged/faulty item.
All product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorised by Relief By Nature's Customer Service Team.
All product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped with a tracking number, this tracking number needs to be sent with your confirmation of shipping to admin@reignitechiropractic.com.au with the subject being your order number.
If you have initiated the return after the 5-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If we have not received your return within 14-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
